Data we collect
We only collect the data you give us voluntarily:
- Newsletter: your email address and, if you wish, your first name.
- Contact: the information you include in an email sent to info@etude-coran.com.
The site uses no advertising cookies and carries out no profiling. No audience-measurement tool is used at this time.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is used solely to inform you about the project’s progress and its announcements (newsletter), and to send you the free booklet when it is published. The legal basis is your consent, collected through a two-step confirmed sign-up (double opt-in): no subscription is active without confirmation from your inbox.
Recipients and tools
Sign-ups are handled through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France), an email service provider established in the European Union. The only data passed to Brevo at sign-up is your email address. Your data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention
Your data is kept for as long as you are subscribed to the newsletter, then deleted after you unsubscribe or after three years of inactivity.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights: write to info@etude-coran.com, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country (in France: the CNIL).
